Criminal activists hijack a gala event, taking 300 hostages. An extremist plans a mass murder as a message to the world. A former soldier turned window cleaner now works to rescue the hostages. This is the second film in which Daisy Ridley and Clive Owen have appeared together. They previously starred together in Ophelia (2018).
