Kaya Scodelario’s character Laura Harrison is fictional. She is based on journalists who covered Ayrton Senna’s career. In addition, Scodelario’s family is Brazilian from Senna’s home state of São Paulo.

The early races of Senna’s career in England are shown on a racetrack next to a mountain range. I will start this review of Senna by talking about the casting, especially the choice of Gabriel Leone for the role. He is an actor on the rise and this was undoubtedly the biggest role of his career. I believe he will continue to make great films with great directors because he has immense talent.
But there is no greater honor than portraying a national idol and hero
The other cast members also skillfully brought their characters to life and transported us to a bygone era with Galvão Bueno’s narration and the golden age of Xuxa. The production of the series is flawless and honestly, Netflix made an excellent decision by investing everything to make the series not only a national but also an international success. I made a point of watching it being made and for a Brazilian series it is sensationally surreal. The sound work, the creation of cars and racing suits identical to those of the time and the excellent CGI work were excellent.
Watching the series gave me this understanding
I was not born with Senna, but I knew of his importance to our country. However, I could not fully grasp the extent of his achievements or his story. Senna’s emotional story moves us from his childhood to his tragic accident. Senna is gone, but his legacy lives on and will be etched in the minds of future generations thanks to this series.
Overall, though, it’s a 10/10
The only criticism that did not affect my final rating, but is worth mentioning, concerns certain indecent scenes that did not need to be included. The series was meant to be watched openly with the family and I think that was a mistake. Thanks to everyone involved!
